RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR)

The RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR) is the proprietary reward amount assigned by Rolling Hills Communications & Security (“RHCS”) for the purpose of calculating Referral Rewards.

Each Referral Opportunity is evaluated individually, and the CRR is determined on a case-by-case basis.

When establishing a CRR, RHCS may consider factors including, but are not limited to:

• Contract length
• Products and services purchased
• Hardware and software included
• Monthly recurring services
• Project size and complexity
• Vendor and fulfillment costs
• Customer lifetime value
• Strategic importance
• Promotional incentives
• Scope of work generated
• Overall opportunity value
• Any other business considerations deemed relevant by RHCS.

The RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR) is proprietary and confidential. RHCS is under no obligation to disclose the calculation methodology, supporting data, or assigned CRR for any Referral Opportunity.

Hardware Projects

Referral Rewards are determined by the RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR) assigned to the Referral Opportunity.

Software, Licensing & Cloud Services

Referral Rewards are determined by the RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR) assigned to the Referral Opportunity.

Managed Services & Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR)

12-Month Agreement

Reward: 1× RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR)

24-Month Agreement

Reward: 2× RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR)

Paid as:

• Month 1 – 1× CRR
• Month 2 – 1× CRR

36-Month Agreement

Reward: 3× RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR)

Paid as:

• Month 1 – 1× CRR
• Month 2 – 1× CRR
• Month 3 – 1× CRR

RHCS Discretion

Each Referral Opportunity is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Referral Opportunities, Referral Ownership, CRR assignments, Referral Reward allocations, and payout schedules are determined based on the unique circumstances of each opportunity.

Where multiple individuals contribute to the same customer relationship or opportunity, RHCS may assign, split, or allocate Referral Rewards based on each individual’s material contribution to the products, services, projects, or scope of work secured.

As a Referral Opportunity evolves, RHCS may review and adjust Referral Ownership, CRR assignments, Referral Reward allocations, or payout schedules to reflect changes in project scope, contract terms, customer requirements, or other relevant business considerations.

RHCS reserves the sole and exclusive right to:

• Determine whether a Referral Opportunity qualifies.
• Assign, increase, decrease, or modify a CRR.
• Allocate, split, or reassign Referral Rewards.
• Modify payout schedules.
• Approve or deny Referral Opportunities.
• Interpret and administer the Referral Rewards Program.

All determinations made by RHCS regarding the Referral Rewards Program are final.

Confidentiality

The RHCS Calculated Referral Reward (CRR), its calculation methodology, internal business metrics, margins, costs, pricing strategies, and Referral Reward determinations are confidential and proprietary information of RHCS and will not be disclosed.
